In 2019, Peter Glykos conceived an unconventional diner concept – one that would exclusively cater to takeout and delivery, without the need for traditional dining tables or waitstaff. This new-age eatery would pay homage to classic dishes while also embracing innovative culinary creations. This vision came to fruition in September 2020, giving birth to The Diner Boys.   Fast forward to 2023, and The Diner Boys has not only found its footing but also welcomed a new partner, Nicholas Christofides. Nick brought a fresh perspective to the diner experience, introducing catering services, premium Coca-Cola products, and even a limited seating arrangement in this unique diner setting.   At The Diner Boys, we reimagine beloved diner fare to cater to modern palates.
